The Garden is a secret private land in km32 of the main highway from Bacalar to Tulum.

Remember that we will provide one free collective transportation from town at 1PM of the Day 1 of the retreat.

If the group is big, a second Van will be available at 2 PM at Bacalar centro.

If you rent your own car, specific indications to arrive will be provided once you sign up for the retreat.

Once the retreat is over, another van will bring you back to Bacalar town on the evening of Day 5.

How to get to Bacalar:

Transportation to Bacalar is not included - we can recommend drivers to pick you up from any airport if you need.

Airports available: Cancun (4.20 hour drive - 345 km) or Chetumal (taking a flight from Mexico City - 30 min drive - 38 km).

The only important prerequisite is to avoid any MAO-inhibitors or anti-depressants at least 5 days before taking the Bufo Ceremony (at least 2 days before the retreat starts)

Participants are encouraged to have an open mind and a willingness to engage deeply with the retreat's activities. Some familiarity with meditation, yoga, or personal development practices can be beneficial.

• Water Bottle: Please bring a reusable water bottle you can refill throughout the day.
• Swimming Suit / Towel: Our stunning beachfront location on Bacalar Lagoon offers a refreshing opportunity to swim. Please bring your own towel.
• A personal blanket: Bringing a personal blanket can provide comfort for sleeping or during relaxation times.
• Comfortable Clothing: The retreat activities involve movement and introspection. Pack comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement during the sessions. Also clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty for the 4th Day Ceremony.

The 4th-day ceremony is the pinnacle of the retreat, featuring Bufo Alvarius ceremonies, designed to facilitate deep emotional and spiritual breakthroughs. This day is crucial for integrating the preparatory work done in the first three days and setting the stage for lasting transformation.

Simple indications, important to follow:

In the days leading up to the retreat (ideally 3-5 days), we recommend a clean, light diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Avoid processed foods, red meat, excessive dairy, and stimulants like caffeine and alcohol. This will prepare your body for the gentle orange-only fasting period during the retreat.

Participants will receive continuous support from experienced facilitator Hunab Amaya and his team. The sessions are carefully designed to provide guidance, foster a sense of community, and ensure each participant feels safe and supported throughout their journey.

Participants can choose between camping (bring your own tent/sleeping gear) or staying in shared rustic huts with two beds. Huts are available for an additional cost and are limited to 3 huts, each accommodating up to 3 people.

The land is right next to the magical lagoon of Bacalar, so the biggest commodity is the deep and true connection to nature.

The orange-only fasting on days 2 and 3 is designed to detoxify your body and sharpen your mental focus, preparing you for the deeper transformative work of the retreat. This gentle cleanse supports both physical and emotional purification.

You will be surprised how nourishing oranges can be, so there is almost no sensation of hunger.

Yes, the retreat can accommodate various dietary restrictions. Please inform the organizers of any specific needs or allergies when you register so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

1. Reservation Payment: To secure your spot at the Self-Mastery Camping Retreat, full payment of the retreat cost is required at the time of booking. This ensures your place and allows us to adequately prepare for your experience.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 3 weeks before the retreat: If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 3 weeks before the retreat start date. In this case, you will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.
• Within 3 weeks of the retreat: Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the retreat start date will not be eligible for any refund.
